Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. We have many happy customers around the globe.

However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Orders are not delivered or processed on weekends or holidays. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control. 

If stock is available in our UK or US warehouse then your order will be sent from the UK or US. If we have no stock available in our UK/US warehouse, your order will be sent direct from the manufacturer in China. You will be able to see where your order is being sent from in the tracking information that you receive when your order has been dispatched. With your tracking info, you will also be able to accurately see when your order will arrive.

Why can't I paid for PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING on multiple products?

We are excited to provide PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING to the US-UK-AUS and some EU Countries. (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden)

Unfortunately we only offer PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING on some products. If you have multiple items in your cart and we offer PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING only on one of them, you will only be able to check out with the free shipping option.

When you order PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING items we utilize different distribution channels to make sure your items get to you as quickly as possible. As such, all PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING items will be shipped separately.

If you would like to take advantage of our PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING, we recommend you to combined only PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING at the check out.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Note: Orders in transit takes sometimes longer to update from our carriers please allow 2-3 extra days for the carriers to update the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will arrive to you!
